Overall, the Philippines ranked second in the Top 5 Offshoring Nations category, with 70 percent of the nation’s six-billion-dollar outsourcing revenue being credited mostly to the English language contact-center industry and its workforce of over 250,000.

Furthermore, the city of Manila, Philippines is the only other Asian capital to make it to the India-dominated Top 8 Global Outsourcing Cities category.
